Isaiah 61:4
Challenge
Our cities need REVIVAL NOW, and it takes Christians in all areas of cultural influence, coordinating together, to achieve that level of impact. However, Christian-led efforts to transform cities primarily function in silos, each group focused in one area, on one mission, and seldom coordinating with complementary groups, much less with co-laborers addressing the same need.
Lack of knowledge and simple fleshly desires – pride, offense, envy, greed – have deterred many well-meaning leaders from collaborating and achieving long-term, sustainable impact.
From 1995 to 2023, Americans who believed in a biblical world view of God, dropped from 69% to 50% in a continual decline.
SOLUTION
To tackle the challenge, The Great Awakening Project works with experts Ford Taylor and Chuck Proudfit to bring cities a proven sustainable model of transformational leadership and citywide workplace ministry.
Christian leaders in prominent spheres of culture and committed to see their cities saved and transformed, come together for Christ, agree to resolve relationship differences, then write and implement strategic plans together to maximize their strengths and coordinate their efforts.

Unified Action
The unified team and experts meet regularly for six months to prayerfully develop, clarify, and modify their plan of action, which is then implemented to achieve strategic objectives in focus areas like trafficking, poverty, education, etc. Coaching continues so goals are reached, vision and relationships continue, and the city transformation process becomes sustainable.
Results: In Cincinnati, unified regional efforts resulted in two city councils banning abortion clinics and 65+ churches uniting annually for a citywide service day to clean the city.
